Dr. Kevin O. Keown, MD, is honored to recognize 50 years of continuous medical care provided by Wayne Family Practice Associates, PC in South Georgia. He is also pleased to announce the practice’s new association with YurHealth, LLC, located in Baxley, Georgia. “I am extremely grateful to our loyal patients who have continued their long-term care with Wayne Family Practice this past year,” says Dr. Keown. “Our transition to a permanent medical home is now complete, allowing me to continue serving you for many years to come.” Dr. Keown invites all past and present patients of Wayne Family Practice to join him at YurHealth, LLC.
